Modal Analysis. Identification of Vibrating Structures. Finite Element updating by comparison with experimental data. Inverse problems in vibration: force identification.
Stuctural-acoustic coupling (BE, SEA). Power flow in dynamic systems. High-frequency vibrations: envelope approach. Active control of flexible structures.
Biomechanics. Robotics. Mechanical efficiency of gear boxes. Application of graph theory for the kinematic and static analysis of mechanisms. Kinematic analysis of epicyclic gears.
Kinematic synthesis of mechanisms generating finite and elemental motions. Experimental tests on transmission error in gears.
